The patient attended Herrera Dental Clinic with advanced dental wear in several teeth, malocclusion, and an inadequate alignment for his age. Despite being young, his smile showed signs of premature dental aging, with short teeth, irregular edges, and alteration of the occlusal plane.
In addition to functional problems —such as difficulty biting and poorly distributed occlusal load—, the patient did not feel comfortable with the aesthetics of his teeth, describing them as “worn and lacking harmony”.

- Dental alignment and harmonization: orthodontic treatment was performed (brackets or aligners depending on the case) to correctly position the teeth, open necessary spaces, and level the occlusal planes.
- Esthetic rehabilitation of worn teeth: we restored the affected teeth with feldspathic veneers or layered composite, restoring the original anatomy, anterior guidance, and the proper proportion of each tooth.
- Natural and rejuvenated aesthetics: a smile adapted to the patient’s face was designed, respecting dentoface proportions, achieving a balanced, modern, and completely natural result.
