The patient attended Herrera Dental Clinic with a moderate dental malposition, malocclusion, and visible signs of gingivitis derived from the difficulty of maintaining good hygiene due to the position of the teeth. In addition, he mentioned that he did not like the shape of his anterior teeth, and that he desired a more harmonious and aesthetic smile, without losing naturalness.
A comprehensive treatment was planned: bracket orthodontics, basic periodontal treatment through professional cleaning, and finalization with feldspathic veneers in the upper jaw.

- Effective orthodontic correction: through fixed or invisible orthodontics, the upper and lower teeth were correctly aligned, and a stable, functional, and aesthetic occlusion was re-established.
- Elimination of gingivitis: with a professional oral cleaning adapted to the orthodontic treatment, gingival inflammation was controlled and periodontal health was improved, leaving the tissue prepared for the final phase.
- Personalized feldspathic veneers: we placed 10 custom-designed veneers on the upper teeth using feldspathic porcelain, which is highly aesthetic, translucent, and natural. This allowed improving the shape, symmetry, proportion, and color of the teeth, maintaining a smile with a realistic and refined appearance.
- Harmonious and long-lasting result: with a well-planned treatment executed in phases, the patient achieved not only a more beautiful smile, but also a healthier, more functional one that is completely integrated with their features.
