The patient attended Herrera Dental Clinic with an aesthetic problem marked by poor dental alignment, generalized wear in the upper anterior sector, and an inverted smile, which conveyed an aged and dull image.
The clinical and aesthetic analysis revealed a loss of dental volume, a lack of harmonious curvature in the incisal line, and a discrepancy between the occlusal plane and the lip arc. A complete restorative treatment was proposed based on a digital smile design (DSD) and execution using feldspathic veneers in the upper and lower aesthetic sectors.

WHAT HAVE WE ACHIEVED?
- Full oral rehabilitation without aggressive preparation: feldspathic porcelain veneers were placed from tooth 15 to 25 in the upper jaw and from 44 to 34 in the lower jaw, achieving a complete aesthetic reconstruction with minimal invasion.
- Smile redesign and correction of the inverted curvature: thanks to the previous digital design, the natural shape of the smile was restored, returning a positive incisal curvature consistent with the lips and the patient’s face.
- Restoration of dental wear: the feldspathic veneers allowed the recovery of the original length of the teeth, the anterior guidance, and the aesthetic and phonetic function lost due to wear.
- Natural and personalized smile: the final result was a balanced, rejuvenated smile completely adapted to the facial anatomy, with an optimal level of naturalness thanks to the translucency and texture of the feldspathic material.
